How to Set Up a Response Rate
Learn how to set up your response rate for your connected mailbox on Mailvery.

Setting an appropriate response rate is an important part of ensuring a natural and sustainable mailbox warmup process on Mailivery. A response rate determines how often you will receive replies based on the number of outreach emails you send.

Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Select Email Address
Either from the Email Accounts tab or Dashboard, select the mailbox you wish to adjust the response rate for.
Step 2: Access Email Settings
Access your mailbox settings by clicking on the ⚙️ gear icon found next to the account name.
Step 3: Set Response Rate
Under the Preferences tab, adjust your Response Rate settings to your liking.
Step 4: Confirm Changes
Once confirmed, click the "Update Limits” button.
