A response rate is the percentage of replies you receive based on the number of outreach emails you send. It determines how often you will get a response from your outreach campaigns.

The response rate represents the number of reply emails you will receive based on the total number of outreach emails sent.

Example:

  • If you send 10 outreach emails and have your response rate set to 10%, you will have a total of 2 reply emails.
  • If you send 30 outreach emails and you have your response rate set to 30%, you will have a total of 9 reply emails.
  • If you send 50 outreach emails and you have your response rate set to 55%, you will have a total of 28 reply emails.
NOTE: Any decimal amounts in the calculated reply emails will be rounded to the closest whole number.

Depending on your Mailivery plan, the maximum response rate you can set varies:

  • Free Forever Plan: Up to 10% response rate
  • Starter Plan: Up to 30% response rate
  • Professional Plan: Up to 55% response rate
  • Business Plan: Up to 55% response rate

You can update your response rate settings at any time, as long as you stay within the limits of your current plan.

Mailivery provides its users with the ability to set their own response rate after connecting an email account or inbox for warmup. Setting an appropriate response rate can help ensure a natural and sustainable email warmup process.
