How to Access Mailbox Health Score

Health score is a health check tool designed to help you monitor and improve your mailbox' performance and deliverability. Updated daily, this metric considers factors influencing email deliverability and sender reputation.

Here's how you can access, interpret, and view suggested recommendations (if needed) for your mailbox' Health Score: 

How to Access Mailbox Health Scores: 

Step 1: Select Email Address 

Either from the Email Accounts tab or Dashboard, select the mailbox you wish to do a health check on. 

Step 2: View Health Score section 

Locate the Health Score (Beta) section that's prominently displayed above your warmup reports to see an overview of its current standing.  

Step 3: Examine Individual Components 

Click on the View Details option found at the top right-hand corner to get more insights on how it was scored and view suggested recommendations for improving your standing (if needed). 

• Scores range from A (Excellent) - F (Very Poor), with each grade representing different levels of email health and deliverability potential.

NOTE: Your Health Score is updated daily, so check back regularly to monitor your progress.

Each mailbox is evaluated on a specific score criteria. Use these criteria as a guide when troubleshooting. Mailivery provides tailored recommendations based on your scores to help you improve or maintain your standing.
