How to use our Email Verification Tool

Mailivery's Email Verification Tool allows you to validate email addresses to ensure they are active and deliverable. By identifying invalid or risky addresses, this tool helps improve your sender reputation and email campaign performance. This guide will show you how to use the tool step by step for accurate and efficient email verification.

Step 1:
From the sidebar, click "Email Verification" to open the tool.

Step 2:
In the Validate section, enter the email address into the input box.

Step 3:
Click "Validate" to check the email’s status.

Step 4:
In the Validate section, click "Paste Email List". A pop-up with a large text box will appear.
Note: You can paste up to 100 emails.

Step 5:
Paste your list of emails (either comma-separated or one per line) into the text box.

Step 6:
Click "Validate Emails" to begin the verification process.
Once processed, the results will appear in the Recent Validations table, identified by a clipboard icon.

Step 7:
In the Bulk Upload section, drag and drop your .csv file containing the email list.

Click "Upload" to begin the verification.

Once processed, results will appear in the Recent Validations table, marked with a file icon.

Note: File size and number of emails may affect processing time.

Step 9:
Click on any completed result in the table to view a detailed Validation Summary.
