If you notice an increase in cold emails landing in your connected mailbox' inbox, these are likely Mailivery’s warmup emails.
Receiving emails is an essential part of the warmup process, as it helps build your sending reputation by simulating organic interactions.
We understand that additional emails in your inbox can be bothersome. That’s why Mailivery is designed to minimize clutter - by default, our warmup emails are automatically moved from your inbox to a dedicated "Mailivery" folder
However, if you prefer to have warmup emails bypass your inbox entirely and get archived immediately, you can opt to create your own custom filter.

How to Identify Mailivery Warmup Emails from External Cold Emails:
Mailivery warmup emails can be easily identified through the presence of filters IDs. Each connected warmup mailbox has a designated filter ID that appears on every warmup email being sent to your account. Regular cold emails, not originating from Mailivery, will not contain this filter ID.

Example:
All warmup emails that you receive through Mailivery will include a filter ID. Filter IDs look something like “"#8WY" and can be found in the signature of every email that Mailivery sends to your mailbox.
Unlike other mailbox warmup platforms, we do not use random "Lorem ipsum" text, but AI generated meaningful content. Our platform crafts email content that resembles emails typical sales or marketing emails, reducing the risk of being flagged as spam by email service providers (ESPs).
If you receive a response to a Mailivery email which does not contain your filter ID in the signature, please let us know immediately.
