As a user of Mailivery's automated peer-to-peer email warmup tool, you play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of our network. Our warmup process is designed to enhance your email deliverability by gradually building a positive sender reputation. However, it's essential to understand how this process works and what you should do when you start receiving warmup emails.

What are Warmup Emails?

Warmup emails are automatically generated messages sent between users within our network to simulate real email activity. These emails help to "warm up" your email address, making it more likely that your legitimate emails will reach the inbox rather than the spam folder.

How to Identify Mailivery Warmup Emails:

Mailivery warmup emails can be easily identified through the presence of filters IDs. Each connected warmup email account has a designated filter ID that appears on every warmup email being sent to your account. Regular cold emails, not originating from Mailivery, will not contain this filter ID.

Example:

All warmup emails that you receive through Mailivery will include a filter ID. Filter IDs look something like “"#8WY" and can be found in the signature of every email that Mailivery sends to your account.

Unlike other email warmup platforms, we do not use random emails, but AI generated meaningful content. Our platform crafts email content that resembles emails typical sales or marketing emails, reducing the risk of being flagged as spam by email service providers (ESPs).

Important Guidelines for Handling Warmup Emails

  1. Do Not Mark as Spam: It's crucial that you do not mark these emails as spam. Marking warmup emails as spam can negatively impact the entire network, affecting the deliverability for all users.
  2. No Action Required: These emails will be automatically moved to an archive folder. You don't need to delete, reply to, or take any action on these emails.
  3. Understand the Consequences: If you mark warmup emails as spam, your warmup activity may be paused, and you could be removed from the warmup network. We monitor these activities to ensure the health of our network.

We are actively monitoring the network for users who may be incorrectly handling warm-up emails. Users found to be mishandling these emails will be removed from the P2P network to maintain our system's integrity.

Your cooperation and understanding are vital to the success of our email warmup process. Together, we can ensure that Mailivery continues to provide a top-notch service, improving email deliverability for everyone.

Thank you for being a valued part of our network.
